Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for disperse red 60, the method belonging to the technical field of the comprehensive treatment of chemical dye by-products. The preparation method comprises: taking 1-aminoanthraquinone as a reaction raw material, adding sulfuric acid and water to perform bromination and hydrolysis reactions, and then adding phenol into the reaction liquid to perform a condensation reaction, so as to finally obtain a fuel disperse red 60 filter cake; and sending phenol washing water generated in the condensation reaction process to a phenol recovery process to perform a phenol recovery treatment, wherein the mass fraction of phenol in the phenol washing water is 50%-60%. According to the present invention, the phenol washing water generated during the production process of the disperse red 60 dye is recycled, such that the method is a resource treatment method, saves on production costs, and is environmentally friendly; and the implementation equipment investment of the process is less. The content of the recovered phenol in the present invention reaches 95%, and the phenol can be used in production, such that the overall recovery rate of phenol reaches 95%, and the method has good application prospects.
