Abstract:
A prebiotic yogurt powder and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: preheating a dairy product solution, sequentially mixing same with white granulated sugar, functional sugar, a stabilizer and a flavor substance, stirring same, then homogenizing, sterilizing and filtering same to obtain an emulsion, adding Lactobacillus fermentum to the cooled emulsion, fermenting same to obtain a yogurt, and drying and crushing the yogurt by means of a vacuum low-temperature belt-type continuous dryer to obtain the prebiotic yogurt powder.
