The present invention relates to a steam power generation system comprising: a pressurizing first boiler including a burner and a water tube wall so as to generate saturated steam; a pressurizing second boiler into which first exhaust gas generated in the first boiler flows, and which includes a superheater for heating the steam generated in the first boiler; a power generation unit, which includes a steam turbine using the steam heated by the superheater of the second boiler, a power generator connected to the steam turbine, and a steam condenser condensing the steam used for power generation so as to produce condensate water, and then re-supply the same to the water tube wall; a fuel supply unit for supplying fuel to the burner; an oxidant supply unit for supplying an oxidant to the burner; and an exhaust gas purification unit for purifying second exhaust gas, which has flowed in the second boiler, and then been discharged, wherein the second boiler has an exhaust gas condenser, and the exhaust gas condenser condenses moisture included in the first exhaust gas and, simultaneously, removes NOx and SOx included in the exhaust gas.
