Title:
POWER GENERATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/172314
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A power generation device (1) is provided with: an electret (2) having a first charging surface (21) and a second charging surface (22); a first power generation unit (10A) that includes first and second electrodes (31, 32) formed on the first and second charging surfaces (21), and in which the first electrodes are arranged on the first charging surface (21) in a state in which a portion thereof serving as a current-collecting surface (20) is exposed; a second power generation unit (10B) that includes a second electrode, and third electrodes (33) that oppose the first charging surface (21) with an interval therebetween and are capable of parallel movement; and a power storage unit (41) and/or an output unit (42). The electret (2) that is electretized by polarization processing of an electret material that includes an inorganic dielectric having a band gap energy of 4eV or higher.
