Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of electronics, and provides a power amplifier, a chip and a terminal device. The power amplifier comprises a first output pin, a first power amplifying circuit and a second power amplifying circuit; the first power amplifying circuit and the second power amplifying circuit are separately connected to the first output pin; control terminals of the first power amplifying circuit and the second power amplifying circuit are separately connected to a logic control module; a first voltage outputted by the first power amplifying circuit is smaller than a second voltage outputted by the second power amplifying circuit; and the first power amplifying circuit and the second power amplifying circuit alternately output the first voltage and the second voltage to the first output pin under the control of the logic control module, so that the first output pin outputs a first step wave for driving an antenna, the first step wave comprising two levels of voltages the amplitudes of which are the first voltage and the second voltage. The present solution may save an electromagnetic compatibility filter in an NFC radio frequency circuit, thereby reducing the cost of the NFC radio frequency circuit.
