A powder pressing machine and a powder pressing method thereof. The powder pressing machine comprises a main machine body (10), a powder pressing device (20), a trigger device (30), a control device (40) and a driver, wherein the control device (40) is mounted on the main machine body (10); the powder pressing device (20) comprises a powder receiving device (21) and a powder pressing component (22); the powder pressing component (22) is rotationally and slidably mounted on the main machine body (10); the driver is in transmission connection with the powder pressing component (22), and is electrically connected to the control device (40); the trigger device (30) is mounted on the powder pressing component (22); and the control device (40) is mounted on the main machine body (10), and is located on a moving path of the trigger device (30) in a direction facing away from the powder receiving device (21). The powder pressing machine has a simple structure and low costs, can improve the accuracy of quantifying powder during powder pressing, and belongs to the technical field of household appliances.
