Abstract:
A pot body, an air fryer, and an air circulation system. The air fryer comprises a machine body (2) and a pot body (1), the pot body (1) having a rectangular structure, and the ratio of the length to the width of the pot body (1) being k, where k = 1.5-5. The machine body (2) has disposed therein a flow guide partition cover (3), and after the pot body (1) is placed in the machine body (2), the flow guide partition cover (3) seals an upper end opening of the pot body (1) to form a heating cavity (4). A middle position of the flow guide partition cover (3) is provided with an air inlet (31) and a lower fan blade (5). An intersection point of a rotating shaft of the lower fan blade (5) and a top surface of the flow guide partition cover (3) is B, and any point on the edge of an inner side surface of the flow guide partition cover (3) is A. AB is a line segment on the inner side surface of the flow guide partition cover (3), the included angle between the tangent direction of the point A on the line segment AB and a horizontal plane is defined as a derived angle α, the derived angle having a value range 45°≤α≤90°. The structural design of the pot body (1) structure and of the flow guide partition cover (3) allows the air fryer to accommodate most foods, ensuring the integrity of the food. At the same time, air in the heating cavity forms a high-speed vortex, thereby solving the problem of heat uniformity in a rectangular pot body.
