Abstract:
A portable numerical control track drill, comprising a machine body (1), a drilling device (2), and a positioning auxiliary mechanism (3), wherein the drilling device (2) and the positioning auxiliary mechanism (3) are arranged on the machine body (1); the machine body (1) is provided with a push rod, a clamping mechanism (101), and a sliding mechanism (102); one end of the push rod is arranged on the machine body (1), and the clamping mechanism (101) is arranged at the bottom of the machine body (1) and can clamp a track; the drilling device (2) is arranged on the sliding mechanism (102) and can slide along a set path; the drilling device (2) comprises a drill bit assembly (201), a driving mechanism (202) and a transmission mechanism, an output shaft of the driving mechanism (202) being connected to the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism being connected to the drill bit assembly (201), and the drill bit assembly (201) being rotatable under the drive of the driving mechanism (202); and the positioning auxiliary mechanism (3) is arranged on one side of the drilling device (2) for emitting light, the center of the emitted light corresponding to the drilling center of the drill bit assembly (201). The portable numerical control track drill can reduce the work intensity, save on the labor and material resources, and improve the drilling accuracy and work efficiency. Further provided is a control method for a portable numerical control track drill.
