Abstract:
[Problem] The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing: a porous metal structure body having a novel bell-like structure; and a method for manufacturing the porous metal structure body. [Solution] The present disclosure relates to: a method for manufacturing a porous metal structure body having a bell-like structure, the method comprising producing a first composite body composed of inorganic particles and a shell-body-forming material, producing a second composite body composed of the first composite body and a metal powder, heating the second composite body to sinter the metal powder, and removing the shell-body-forming material from the second composite body; and a porous metal structure body having a bell-like structure, which can be manufactured by the manufacturing method.
