Abstract:
Disclosed are a porous alumina material, a preparation therefor and a use thereof. An interior of the porous material has spherical or sphere-like cavities in a substantially ordered distribution. The cavities have an average diameter of 100-500 nm, and at least some adjacent cavities are connected by means of mesopores. The porous alumina material is suitable for use as a carrier for preparing a heavy oil hydrogenation processing catalyst or a carrier for a catalyst used in other macromolecular catalytic processes.
