Abstract:
The present invention provides a polysaccharide-containing particle production method including a spray-drying step and a desalination step, wherein, at the spray-drying step, a dispersion including polysaccharides in salt form is spray-dried to obtain precursor polysaccharide-containing particles, and at the desalination step, the polysaccharides in salt form included in the precursor polysaccharide-containing particles are brought into contact with a desalination agent to desalinate the polysaccharides in salt form with the desalination agent and thus obtain polysaccharide-containing particles.
