Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a polyester resin aqueous dispersion having exceptional storage stability and water dispersibility; and a water-based coating, a water-based ink, a surface protective coating agent for a thermoplastic resin base material, a surface protective coating agent for a metal base material, an adhesive, and the like in which the polyester resin aqueous dispersion is used. A polyester resin aqueous dispersion containing a polyester resin (A) and an organic solvent (B), wherein the organic solvent (B) contains a solvent (B1) having a secondary hydroxyl group and a C4 or higher alkyl group, and the cloud point of the organic solvent (B) is 30-80°C.
