Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel polyelectrolyte membrane and a monomer that has, through a spacer structure, a composite polymer membrane, an ionomer for a solid polymer-type fuel cell, a phosphonate group, and/or a phosphonate ester and exhibits a conductivity of at least 1.0 × 10–3 S/cm.
