Abstract:

A polycrystalline diamond composite material, a segment, and a preparation method therefor. The polycrystalline diamond composite material is composed of metal powder and polycrystalline diamond, the metal powder is made into a honeycomb structure, and a hollow part of the honeycomb structure is filled with the polycrystalline diamond. The segment consists of a working portion (40) and a supporting portion (50), and the supporting portion (50) is used for supporting the working portion (40); the working portion (40) is made of the polycrystalline diamond composite material, and the supporting portion (50) is made of a hard alloy matrix. The segment has superior impact-resistant toughness and wear resistance, and has the impact-resistant toughness of 5-6 J/cm2 and a wear resistance ratio of 30-40 thousands; moreover, diamond is uniformly distributed in the segment, the segment has the capability of drilling in a complex stratum, the long service life of a drill bit is achieved, and the requirement of changing a drill bit once one drilling is performed is met. The segment can be used for cutting teeth of drill bits for deep sea and deep well exploration and long horizontal shale gas exploitation.
