Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a polycarbonate composition, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The polycarbonate composition comprises the following components: 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate, 10-40 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile polymer, 1-10 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid oligomer, and 0.2-1 part by weight of an end-group stabilizer. The polycarbonate has a weight-average molecular weight of 25,000-40,000. The total resin content, in parts by weight, of the acrylonitrile polymer in the polycarbonate composition is 6-24. The viscosity of the phosphoric acid oligomer at 25ºC is 600-30,000 mPa·s. The polycarbonate composition has good blow-molding processing stability and a high release strength, exhibits a relatively high melt strength and sag resistance during extrusion blow-molding, has a wide processing window, can be used in more processes, and is particularly suitable for the extrusion blow-molding of bases and supports for electric appliances.
