Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polycarbonate alloy material, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The polycarbonate alloy material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-99.9 parts polycarbonate resin, 5-50 parts styrene resin, 0.05-2 parts modified metal hydroxide, 1-30 parts a toughening agent, and 0.01-2 parts a stabilizer, the modified metal hydroxide being a metal hydroxide having undergone dimethylsiloxane and/or methylphenylsiloxane surface treatment, and the styrene resin being at least one of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer. The polycarbonate alloy material has a low combustion rate, as well as excellent mechanical properties and appearance, and may be broadly used in fields such as electronics and electrical appliances, transportation, household appliances, and aerospace.
