Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a pocket door track structure and a pocket door. The pocket door track structure comprises: an upper track; and a mounting upright rod, a top end of which is rotationally connected to the upper track. The mounting upright rod can rotate to be parallel to the upper track, so as to store the mounting upright rod during transportation; and when the upper track needs to be assembled, the mounting upright rod is perpendicular to the upper track, so as to quickly assemble and fix the upper track. By means of the present invention, screws on a track are greatly reduced; and a height adjusting device is arranged at the bottom of the mounting upright rod, and the height of the mounting upright rod is adjusted by adjusting the height adjusting device from the exterior of a pocket door, so as to adapt to doors having different heights. In addition, the track can be mounted first, and then the mounting upright rod is connected; and by adjusting the height of the mounting upright rod, the track is pushed into a door frame to complete assembly and fixing, thereby improving the assembly stability of a door and the track, greatly reducing the manual working time during disassembly, and improving the working efficiency.
