Abstract:
A platform system for sharing a parking space of an apartment or a shopping mall is introduced. To this end, the platform system comprises: a first server (110) receiving parking space information in which parking is possible, installed in a public parking lot (100), that receives, in real time, photographed information from a first camera (120) photographing a parking space in which parking is possible; a second server (210), receiving parking space information in which parking is available, installed in a shopping mall or apartment (200) located within a set distance from the public parking lot (100), that receives photographed information from a second camera (220) photographing a parking space in which parking is available; a central server (300) that receives, in real time, the parking space information in which parking is available from the first server (110) and the second server (210); and a smartphone (400) in which a separate parking app (500) capable of being linked with the central server (300) in real time is installed, and can transmit and receive locations in real time by using GPS reception information, wherein, when the parking app (500) is executed, if no parking space is available in the public parking lot (100), a parking space in which parking is available in the shopping mall or apartment (200) is provided, and an available time for parking in the parking space in which parking is available in the shopping mall or apartment (200), and parking fee information are transmitted to the parking app (500).
