Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic cap outer surface wire drawing and color fixation production line, comprising an annular production line. A circulating conveying assembly is distributed on the annular production line; a cap feeding area and a cap discharging area are arranged at one side of the annular production line in a spaced manner; a wire drawing mechanism is mounted at one side of a discharging end of the cap feeding area; bottle caps enter, after passing through the wire drawing mechanism, an electrostatic dust collection chamber, a water curtain chamber, a spraying chamber, and a UV light fixing chamber which are arranged in the production line, and then circularly enter a feeding area which is arranged at the other side of the annular production line and is used for sequentially and independently placing the bottle caps on hanging rods for centralized coating and a discharging area which is used for sequentially taking down the bottle caps and placing the bottle caps on a circulating conveying line; a surface paint spraying area and a drying area are arranged at an output end of the discharging area, and a discharging end of the drying area is a feeding end of the cap discharging area. In the present invention, the cap feeding area, the cap discharging area, the electrostatic dust collection chamber, the water curtain chamber, the spraying chamber, the UV light fixing chamber, the feeding area, and the discharging area are located on the same production line, thereby ensuring production continuity, and satisfying requirements for batch processing and production.
