Abstract:
A plasma modification method and system for a fabric and a porous thin film. The method comprises the following steps: S1, soaking, in a grafting liquid, a material to be treated, the soaking time being not less than 30 seconds; after soaking, using a roller press to perform rolling on the material to extrude redundant liquid; S2, putting the treated material into a plasma device for plasma treatment; and S3, cleaning the treated material in water in a high-frequency vibration mode or a soap liquid cleaning mode, the high frequency being a vibration wave of which the frequency is greater than 100 KHZ. According to the plasma modification method and system, in a treatment process of the fabric or the porous thin film, dipping and rolling are used, and then plasma treatment is performed, such that the number of functional groups is greatly increased, the modification effect is superior to that of traditional technologies, and the grafting reaction time is greatly shortened.
