Abstract:
The present application discloses a pipe grooving machine, comprising a concave wheel mechanism, a convex wheel mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a workbench. The convex wheel mechanism is located above the concave wheel mechanism, and both the concave wheel mechanism and the pressing mechanism are mounted on the workbench; the concave wheel mechanism comprises a concave pressure wheel, a rotating shaft and a rotary driving motor that drives the concave pressure wheel to rotate, the concave pressure wheel is mounted on the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft passes through a mounting seat to connect to the rotary driving motor, and the rotary driving motor is fixed on the workbench; and the convex wheel mechanism comprises a convex pressure wheel and a press-down cylinder that drives the convex pressure wheel to press down, the convex pressure wheel is mounted on a pressing rod, the pressing rod is mounted on the press-down cylinder, and the press-down cylinder is fixed on the mounting seat. In the present application, a pipe is positioned to ensure the position of a pressure groove and reduce manpower.
