A pipe anti-blocking and remixing device based on a water hammer effect, the device comprising: a mixing pipe (1), a vibration generator (2) and a solenoid valve (3), wherein an input end of the mixing pipe (1) is connected to a water delivery pipe; an output end of the mixing pipe (1) is connected to the solenoid valve (3); the vibration generator (2) is arranged below the mixing pipe (1); an input end of the vibration generator (2) is connected to the mixing pipe (1) by means of a one-way valve; and an output end of the vibration generator (2) bypasses the solenoid valve (3) and is then connected to an output pipe of the vibration generator (2) by means of a one-way valve. In the device, a great amount of energy generated under a water hammer effect is converted into an eccentric rotation, the centrifugal force generated during the eccentric rotation causes vibrations of a certain frequency, and fertilizer and a water scale deposited on a pipe wall are shaken off and shattered by means of the vibration, thereby achieving anti-blocking and fertilizer remixing effects.
