Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pigment composition that has good emulsion fluidity in particular while exhibiting high coloring power when used in an ink. This pigment composition includes a co-lake monoazo pigment of Ca and Sr, and 5.0-20 mass% of an inorganic carbonate. In the co-lake monoazo pigment, the mass ratio of Ca and Sr is preferably 10:90-90:10. The inorganic carbonate is preferably calcium carbonate or magnesium carbonate. This pigment composition is preferably used for an active-energy-ray-curable offset ink.
