Abstract:
Provided is a piezoelectric film which can further improve sound pressure. Provided is a piezoelectric film which comprises: a piezoelectric layer composed of a polymer compound piezoelectric material including piezoelectric particles in a matrix including polymer materials; and two electrode layers provided on both sides of the piezoelectric layer, wherein, when observing a cross section in the thickness direction of the piezoelectric layer by means of a scanning electron microscope, consecutively acquiring 10 areas, each of which having the same width as the thickness of the cross section of the piezoelectric layer, dividing by 10 each of the areas in an in-plane direction, and taking, as an in-plane standard deviation, the standard deviation obtained by calculating an area ratio over the piezoelectric particles of each of the total 100 sections, the piezoelectric film satisfies 1≤ in-plane standard deviation ≤3, and, when dividing by 10 each area in the thickness direction and taking, as a thickness standard deviation, the standard deviation obtained by calculating the area ratio over the piezoelectric particles of each of the total 100 sections, satisfies 0.5≤ thickness standard deviation ≤2.
