Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a piezoelectric actuator and a haptics apparatus. The piezoelectric actuator comprises: a base substrate; a piezoelectric device, which is located on the base substrate, wherein the piezoelectric device comprises at least one piezoelectric unit, and each piezoelectric unit comprises a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer and a second electrode, which are sequentially stacked on the base substrate; a first heat dissipation layer, which is located on the side of the piezoelectric device facing away from the base substrate, wherein the first heat dissipation layer is provided with a first via hole, and an orthographic projection of the first via hole on the base substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of the second electrode on the base substrate; and a trace layer, which is located on the side of the first heat dissipation layer facing away from the base substrate, wherein the trace layer comprises a trace, and one end of the trace is electrically connected to the second electrode by means of the first via hole.
