Abstract:
Provided is a method that is executed by a computer, the method comprising: a movement step for moving, when the remaining battery power of a drive battery (Bat) loaded in a cart robot (52) that transports luggage (56) has decreased, the cart robot (52) to a battery replacement station (80); and a replacement step for replacing the drive battery (Bat) in the cart robot (52) with a replacement battery (81) by using a replacement robot (82) located at the battery replacement station (80).
