Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a step in which a trainee constricts, by themselves, their lateral abdominal muscles such as the transverse muscle of the abdomen to cause indentation of the abdominal circumference; a step in which the trainee wraps a long training tool 6, formed from an elastic foam that is buoyant, stretchable and flexible, while stretching same, tightly around the self-indented abdominal circumference to cover from the upper pelvic area to below the tenth rib; and a step in which physical training is performed while the indented state of the abdominal circumference is maintained by the contracting force of the training tool 6.
