Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a physical recycling method for finished textile products, the method comprising: a preparation step, involving: preparing a recovered textile product; a crushing step, involving: crushing the recovered textile product at a rotating speed of 400-1000 rpm to form a fine crushed material; a fusing step, involving: rolling, stretching and shearing the fine crushed material to preliminarily fuse the fine crushed material, so as to form a fused material; a melting step, involving: forming a molten material in a molten state from the fused material under the conditions of a high temperature and a high pressure; a molding step, involving: rolling the molten material in the molten state into a sheet; and a filtering step, involving: heating and melting the sheet, and then allowing same to pass through a filter screen to filter out impurities in the molten sheet, so as to form a processing material.
