Abstract:
A photosensitive material-based coaxial relationship rapid gauge, and a measurement method thereof. The coaxiality of two through holes in the same workpiece (23) to be subjected to measurement is measured. An image processing unit (30) and a control unit (31) are mounted at an outer side of a light shielding box (1), and light sources (26, 27), cameras (24, 25), sensors (28, 29) and a cylinder (19) are mounted in the light shielding box (1). A photosensitive plate (10) coated with photosensitive resin is arranged between the two holes, two sides thereof are radiated by the light sources, and the coordinates of the center of circle of a circular pattern formed on the photosensitive plate (10) are calculated, such that the coaxial relationship between the two holes can be accurately obtained. An output rod of the cylinder (19) is controlled to extend outwards to remove a workpiece (23) to be subjected to measurement, which workpiece has a coaxial relationship not meeting requirements. When a coaxial relationship meets a tolerance requirement, a workpiece (23) to be subjected to measurement falls from an outlet of a bottom plate into a certified product bin (15) under the action of gravity when said workpiece is rotated to be in a vertical state. The process from a workpiece (23) to be subjected to measurement entering the light shielding box (1) to performing measurement on said workpiece (23) and removing a defective product can be automatically completed, such that rapid measurement for the coaxial relationship of said workpiece (23) is realized, thereby improving the measurement efficiency and the measurement precision.
