Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of microelectromechanical systems, and provides a phase shifter and a preparation method therefor. The phase shifter can reduce an adhesion effect caused by water drops, so that the product performance is improved, and the reliability of working in a wet environment is improved. The phase shifter comprises: a substrate; a first wire and second wires arranged at one side of the substrate, wherein the second wires are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the first wire, and the first wire and the second wires are arranged in parallel and insulated from each other; a hydrophobic conductive portion, wherein the hydrophobic conductive portion and the first wire are arranged in a crossed mode and insulated from each other, and at least one end of the hydrophobic conductive portion and the second wire located at one side of the first wire overlap with each other and are insulated from each other; and a hydrophilic portion, wherein a minimum distance between the orthographic projection of the hydrophilic portion on the substrate and the orthographic projection of a part, which does not overlap with the second wire, of the hydrophobic conductive portion on the substrate in a first direction is smaller than or equal to a preset value, and the first direction is parallel to a direction along which the first wire is arranged.
