Abstract:
A perforating mechanism for industrial aluminum profile machining. The perforating mechanism comprises a base (1) and a top plate (2), wherein a perforating assembly (21) is fixedly connected to the top of the top plate (2), a blocking frame (24) arranged in the lengthwise direction of the top plate is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the top plate (2), a through groove (22) is provided in the top plate (2), and a detachable filter plate (4) is connected into the through groove (22); clamps (3), which are symmetrically distributed, are connected to a position, above the filter plate, of an inner wall of the through groove (22), and the clamps (3) and the through groove (22) are located on the same side of the blocking frame (24); and a collecting cavity (11) located below the through groove (22) is provided in the base (1). The working environment of the perforating mechanism is clean and tidy, such that recycling cutting fluid and chippings is facilitated.
