Abstract:
Disclosed is a peptide-immobilized bead library which, in comparison to well-known OPOB libraries, has a higher potential for an obtained peptide to become a useful substance candidate for a drug or the like, and makes it easier to analyze an amino acid sequence bonded to a target substance. The peptide-immobilized bead library has a structure represented by formula [I]. In general formula [I], X represents an amino acid residue, n represents an integer of 4-8, Y represents a cyclic structure, A represents a spacer structure, B represents a specific cleavage site-containing structure, and the 4-8 amino acid residues represented by X are randomly selected independently of each other.
