Title:
PEPTIDE-BOUND HYBRID LIPOSOME EXOSOME, PEPTIDE-BOUND EXOSOME, COMPOSITION CONTAINING THESE, AND METHOD FOR FORMING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/027082
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a hybrid liposome exosome or the like capable of delivering an active ingredient to a target cell at a higher concentration. This peptide-bound hybrid liposome exosome, which includes, in a lipid bilayer, an exosome marker protein selected from CD63, CD81, and CD9, and a peptide-bound lipid derivative in which a peptide is bound to a hydrophilic portion of a composite lipid, can provide an additional function concerning the endosomal escape of the peptide-bound hybrid liposome exosome after being taken into an endosome of a target cell, whereby a carrier that is for a drug delivery system and that is capable of delivering an active ingredient to a target cell at a higher concentration can be provided.
