Abstract:
A PE tube punching device, used for automating the hole-punching and cutting of a PE tube (201), and comprising: a punching apparatus used for punching the PE tube (201), and a tube-conveying apparatus, the tube-conveying apparatus comprising a first clamping component (202) and a movement component (203), the punching apparatus comprising a hole-punching blade (204), a cropping blade (205) and a first power apparatus (206), the punching device for the PE tube (201) also comprising a second clamping component (207). When the movement component (203) coordinates with the first clamping component (202) to clamp the PE tube (201), and conveys the PE tube (201) into the punching apparatus, the first clamping component (202) releases the PE tube (201) and resets along with the movement component (203), the second clamping component (207) clamps the PE tube (201), and the first power apparatus (206) drives the hole-punching blade (204) and the cropping blade (205) to move towards the PE tube (201), so that the hole-punching blade (204) performs hole-punching on the PE tube (201), and the cropping blade (205) cuts the PE tube (201). The present invention thus conveniently implements performing automated hole-punching and cutting on the PE tube (201), thereby increasing production yield, and since hole-punching and cutting are performed on the PE tube (201) simultaneously, manufacturing errors are also reduced, and product quality is improved.
