Abstract:
The present application provides a payment method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: a vehicle identifies and obtains a payment code, or the vehicle receives payment information sent by a merchant device; after the vehicle obtains the payment code or the payment information, if the vehicle has a payment capability, the vehicle prompts a user to perform identity authentication and complete payment; after the payment is completed, the vehicle prompts the user that the payment has been successful; and if the vehicle has no payment capability, the vehicle sends a payment authentication request to an electronic device, and upon receipt of the payment authentication request sent by the vehicle, the electronic device prompts the user to perform identity authentication and complete the payment. Thus, external payment of vehicle machine users is completed by means of the collaboration of vehicles and electronic devices, thereby improving the convenience of external payment, and enhancing user experience.
