Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of geotechnical engineering. Disclosed in the present invention are a partitioned bolt-grouting supporting apparatus and method for large deformation of a high-stress tunnel cataclastic rock mass. The method comprises: after a rock mass is excavated, performing construction drilling on a tunnel surrounding rock that is tightly attached to a tunnel face; mounting a high-strength pre-stressed anchor rod component; after an expansion anchoring agent fully expands and has certain strength, applying pre-tightening force to an anchor rod; and after stress adjustment is ended, performing partitioned grouting on the surrounding rock. The high-strength pre-stressed anchor rod component comprises the anchor rod, the expansion anchoring agent, a decoupling material, a grouting apparatus, a reverse anti-skid apparatus and the like. The grouting apparatus comprises a shallow-layer grouting steel pipe, a deep-layer grouting steel pipe, and a grout stop valve. The grouting steel pipes and the anchor rod are arranged side by side in a drilling hole. The technical solution provided by the present invention can effectively inhibit the occurrence of large deformation disasters of the cataclastic rock mass.
