Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a partially replaceable sleeve (1) for die-casting. That is, the present invention comprises: a sleeve body (2) having a molten metal inlet (21) formed inside the rear upper side thereof to extend through a hollow part (22), and a plunger (10) installed at the rear end thereof so that, when a molten metal is inserted into the molten metal inlet (21), the molten metal slides and moves in the hollow part (22) and is then supplied to a metallic mold (100) cavity (101) of the front side thereof; and a reinforcement bush (3) coupled to the rear side of the sleeve body (2) to be easily attachable and detachable by bolting through a flange (32) and configured to protect the inner surface of the sleeve body (2) from an input pressure and a melting temperature of the molten metal inserted into the molten metal inlet (21). According to the present invention, the inner surface of the sleeve body (2) is protected by the reinforcement bush (3) so as to improve a use life span of the sleeve (1), and only a damaged part can be partially replaced to enable the sleeve to be easily maintained and repaired.
