Abstract:
The present invention discloses a parking relay valve and a parking braking system, which relate to the technical field of vehicle braking devices. The parking relay valve comprises a valve housing, a main piston and a supplying piston. The valve housing is provided with a parking cavity, a control cavity and an ejection functional cavity which are arranged in sequence. The main piston comprises a piston rod and a piston block. The piston rod passes through the control cavity and the ejection functional cavity. The piston block is arranged in the control cavity. A main spring acting on the piston block is arranged in the control cavity. The parking cavity is provided with a first port connected to a PB system. The control cavity is divided by the piston block into a PB braking sub-cavity and a PB control sub-cavity. The ejection functional cavity is provided with an ejection sliding block sleeved on the piston rod and an ejection spring acting on the ejection sliding block. The ejection sliding block can drive the main piston to move synchronously. The ejection functional cavity is divided by the ejection sliding block into an environment pressure sub-cavity and an ejection control sub-cavity. Automatic braking can be achieved through the ejection functional cavity when the pressure of the braking loop decreases to a certain degree, so that the vehicle can stop moving in time, and the safety of the traveling vehicle is improved.
