Provided is a parking lot management system (100) capable of further improving convenience. A parking lot terminal (200) is provided with a face image acquisition unit (202) that acquires a first face image captured of a user driving a vehicle entering a parking lot and a second face image captured of a user driving a vehicle exiting the parking lot, and a server (300) is provided with: a user information storage unit (301) that stores identification information, registered face information, and destination information of users in advance; an entry processing unit (303) that, when a vehicle enters the parking lot, transmits temporary password information to a user terminal (400) and stores identification information and the password information in an entry information storage unit (302) if the first face image matches the registered face information; and an exit processing unit (305) that, when a vehicle exits the parking lot, performs authentication using the temporary password information if the second face image matches the registered face information and the entry information storage unit (302) does not store the user's identification information for the exit.
