Disclosed in the present application are a packaging box and a paperboard structure. The packaging box comprises: an outer box, which extends in a first direction and comprises a first wall part, at least one end of the first wall part in the first direction being provided with a first opening, and the first wall part comprising a first lock opening penetrating therethrough; and an inner box, which is configured to slidably connect to the outer box in the first direction through the first opening and comprises a second wall part and a lock tongue structure. The second wall part comprises a second lock opening, which penetrates therethrough, and an article bearing structure; and the lock tongue structure is located at the second lock opening, and at least part of the lock tongue structure is located on an inner side of the second wall part and is connected to the second wall part in a bent mode. After the inner box slides into the outer box, the lock tongue structure passes through the second lock opening and the first lock opening. In the present application, while facilitating recycling, the structure of the packaging box is simplified, and the packaging box can be locked and unlocked, thereby reducing the possibility of children accidently opening the packaging box.
