Provided is a packaged beverage temperature adjustment device, etc., with which it is possible to adjust the temperature of bottled wine or another such packaged beverage without using ice or ice water. A wine temperature adjustment device 100 is provided with a Peltier unit 120 for adjusting the temperature of bottled wine 1 that is accommodated in a bottle-accommodating part 110, and a heat transfer pad 130 disposed between the bottled wine 1 and the Peltier unit 120. The heat transfer pad 130 is configured from a deformable container bag, and a heat transfer powder and a heat transfer liquid that are accommodated inside the container bag. The heat transfer powder is a metal powder having high thermal conductivity and is configured from, e.g., copper powder. The heat transfer liquid is a liquid that freezes at a temperature higher than a target temperature (e.g., 8°C) and is configured from, e.g., pentadecane (freezing point: 9.9°C). Specifically, the heat transfer liquid freezes at a temperature between the target temperature and a usage environment temperature (e.g., 25°C), and is not frozen at the usage environment temperature.
