Abstract:
The present invention provides an ozone catalytic oxidation and flotation integrated system and a method for using same. The system comprises a water intake system, an ozone flotation system and a catalytic oxidation system, wherein a water inlet of the water intake system is positioned below the ozone flotation system; the ozone floatation system comprises an ozone generator and a microporous aerator; the water intake system and the ozone floatation system are respectively in communication with the catalytic oxidation system; the catalytic oxidation system comprises a catalytic oxidation reaction tank, and at least two catalytic oxidation layers sequentially arranged inside the catalytic oxidation reaction tank from top to bottom, each catalytic oxidation layer comprising a carrier and an active catalyst loaded on the carrier; and ozone enters the catalytic oxidation reaction tank through the microporous aerator and is mixed with sewage entering through the water intake system, and then a resulting mixture passes through each of the catalytic oxidation layers in sequence and completes catalytic oxidation while the ozone floats, so as to realize sewage treatment. By means of the present invention, a device has a compact and concise structure and is provided with a plurality of catalytic oxidation layers in sequence from top to bottom, thus providing a good sewage treatment effect.
