Abstract:
An overvoltage protection circuit and apparatus, and a display panel (30) and a display. The overvoltage protection circuit comprises: an overvoltage detection circuit (10) and an overvoltage counting circuit (20), wherein the overvoltage detection circuit (10) is connected to a power supply source (VIN) and the overvoltage counting circuit (20), and the overvoltage counting circuit (20) is connected to a switch element; the overvoltage detection circuit (10) detects a power source voltage, which is output by the power supply source (VIN), and outputs an overvoltage signal to the overvoltage counting circuit (20); and the overvoltage counting circuit (20) is configured to output a cutoff signal to the switch element.
