Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an oven and an oven operation method which enable the brightness of a cooking room to be controlled, and which compare, to a preset reference exposure value, an exposure value resulting from automatic exposure operation of a camera, and control the brightness level of at least one light provided in the oven, such that the exposure value corresponds to the preset reference exposure value on the basis of the result of comparing the exposure value to the preset reference exposure value.
