Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an oscillating laser welding equivalent heat source modeling method, comprising: constructing energy distribution cloud maps of an actual laser welding heat source under different oscillating trajectories, oscillating frequencies and oscillating amplitudes; extracting an energy distribution curve along the direction of the center position of the heat source, and acquiring spatial position information of multiple target points of interest; constructing an equivalent Gaussian heat source model for each target point of interest; and performing matching degree verification on the Gaussian heat source models and the actual laser welding heat source, and using the Gaussian heat source model that passes the verification as an equivalent heat source model of the actual laser welding heat source. The present invention further provides an oscillating laser welding simulation method, which comprises constructing an equivalent heat source model by using the modeling method, and performing welding simulation on the basis of the equivalent heat source model. The present invention can greatly shorten a heat source check period during oscillating laser welding simulation, and improve the simulation efficiency of the whole oscillating laser welding.
