Abstract:
An organosilicon composition consisting of an organosilicon active material, a polyether modified polysiloxane, a hydrophobic filler, an ester compound and a surfactant, said organosilicon composition addressing the disadvantage of various components not being compatible for mixing. The preparation method for the organosilicon composition is as follows: a separately prepared mixture I is added to a mixture II, and a high-shear device is used to perform mixing at a rotational speed of 1000-3000 rpm for 0.5-3 h; then silicon dioxide is added and mixing is continued for 1-3 h, producing a mixture III. Mixture III is added into the ester and even stirring is performed by means of a high-shear device at a rotational speed of 15000-25000rpm, producing a mixture IV. Finally, an emulsifier is added into mixture IV and even mixing is performed, producing the organosilicon composition.
