Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optimal anodized film manufacturing method for generating a uniform POP nanostructure in an aluminum 1000 series alloy without a pre-patterning process, wherein even if a pre-patterning step is omitted, a uniform anodized oxide film can be produced, which not only reduces manufacturing costs, but also has the effect of forming a super-hydrophilic anodized oxide film, and furthermore, the present invention can be useful in a machine learning database for developing 1000 series aluminum alloy surface treatment technology.
