Abstract:
In optical system devices in which a diffraction grating is replaced with a microlens, the contrast of a dot pattern is low. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical system device comprising an optical element 2 on which lenses 21 that transmit light of a wavelength λ are periodically arranged, and an irradiation unit 1 having a light source 10 that irradiates two or more of the lenses 21 with the light of the wavelength λ, wherein, when the focal length of the lens 21 is f, n is a natural number of 1 or more, the size of a k-th (k is a natural number of 1 or more) pitch from the smallest among the pitches of the lenses 21 is Pk, a distance L1 between the irradiation unit 1 and a focus position 9 of the optical element 2 satisfies expression 1 with respect to any one or more pitches Pk.
