Abstract:
This optical sensor comprises a support body and a thermoelectric conversion material part comprising a first material layer, second material layer, and third material layer. The first material layer comprises a first area comprising a first end part and a second area comprising a second end part. The second material layer comprises a third area comprising a third end part and a fourth area comprising a fourth end part. Because the first area and third area are electrically connected and the second area and fourth area are electrically connected, the first material layer and second material layer are connected alternatingly in series. The third material layer is disposed between the first area and third area so as to be in contact with the first area and third area and between the second area and fourth area so as to be in contact with the second area and fourth area. The first area provided in the first material layer, which is the first in the series connection, is electrically connected to a first electrode, and the third area provided in the second material layer, which is the last in the series connection, is electrically connected to a second electrode.
