Abstract:
An optical element 20 comprises: a mirror array 24; and an optical surface 211 opposite to the mirror array 24. The mirror array 24 includes a mirror group 241 composed of a plurality of reflex mirrors 25 arranged in the X direction, and a mirror group 242 composed of a plurality of reflex mirrors 25 arranged in the X direction. The mirror group 241 and the mirror group 242 are lined up in the Y direction. The reflex mirrors 25 in the mirror group 241 extend in a W1 direction inclined with respect to the optical surface 211. The reflex mirrors 25 in the mirror group 242 extend in a W2 direction inclined with respect to the optical surface 211. The mirror group 241 and the mirror group 242 partially overlap each other in a V1 direction.
